In accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this electronic document is a public offer.

1. General legal conditions

This offer regulates bilateral relations for the provision of information and marketing services, the implementation of AI systems, as well as software development by the specialized agency Digital-Up.

2. Moment of acceptance of the offer

Full, unconditional and legally binding acceptance of this offer is the fact of any advance payment for services by the Customer or the execution of an official application for a briefing through the Contractor’s web system.

3. Making changes

The Agency reserves the exclusive right to make changes or amendments to the terms of the Offer on the website at any time without personal prior notice to each User. The new edition is considered to come into force immediately after publication.
