Under no legal circumstances will Digital-Up Agency be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages, loss of profits or lost profits arising from the use of our web resources by clients.

2. Providing information "As is"

All materials, data and information on the site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

3. Intellectual property

All rights to code, design systems, UI/UX elements, texts and graphics belong exclusively to the developers of the Digital-Up agency and are protected by copyright laws. Use of materials without a signed contract and our written permission is strictly and irrevocably punishable by law.
